To ensure an efficient service and cover the widest range of destinations possible, Mush Srl , the company that manages the shipments of CUC products supplied on INKI, collaborates with several trusted couriers at national and international level, including: GLS, Poste Chrono, BRT, DHL, TNT, UPS, ASENDIA and Spring . This allows us to offer a wide range of shipping options and to reach our customers quickly.
Shipping Times and Times
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday at 4:30pm .
- Orders placed after 9.30am on Friday and over the weekend will be processed from the following Monday .
- The processing time for an order is approximately 2 working days , while the estimated delivery time in Italy is 1-5 working days. However, in some particularly busy periods of the year (for example during the Christmas holidays or during special promotions), delivery times may extend up to 5-9 working days .
- Priority shipments are handled first after other orders and have an estimated delivery time of 1-4 business days , barring delays due to periods of high demand.

Multiple Shipments
Since we work with several suppliers around the world , some items in your order may have different processing or shipping times. This may result in items being delivered in separate packages and at different times. If you only receive part of your order, don't worry - the rest of the items are already being processed or shipped and will be delivered to you as soon as possible without any additional costs for multiple shipments.
Shipping Time Exceptions
Some specific items may require longer processing times than usual. In particular:

may take 3-6 business days longer to ship than other standard items. This is because these products are handled by specialized suppliers with different timeframes.
