Returns and Refunds

Replacements and Returns

1. Defective or Damaged Item

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Term: You can request a replacement within 14 days of receiving the package.
  • Procedure:
    1. Send an email to inki @inkishop .com , attaching:
      • Clear photos showing the defect or damage.
      • Order number and description of the problem.
    2. Follow the instructions provided by our team.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Wrong Size or Product Not Compliant with Expectations

If you wish to exchange a product for incorrect size or other personal reasons:

  • Deadline: You can make a request within 14 days of receiving the package.
  • Return Address:

  • Recipient: DOS SANTOS
  • Conditions:
    • The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete with labels and accessories.
    • The customer assumes the return shipping costs .
    • It is mandatory to use a shipping service with tracking.

3. Refund

If the product does not meet your expectations and you would like a refund:

  • Deadline: The request must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the package.
  • Procedure:
    1. Send a request by email to inki @inkishop .com , indicating:
      • Order number.
      • Reason for refund.
      • Photo of the product received (if applicable).
    2. After approval, return the item to the address provided.
  • Times: The refund will be made after checking the condition of the product and may take 7-10 working days .
  • Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions

Some items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized products.
  • Items with customer-requested changes (e.g. color changes).
  • Cups (unless they arrived broken).
  • Products without original packaging, labels or accessories.
  • Items with obvious signs of use or damage.

Important Terms

  • All products must be returned in their original condition , with intact packaging, tags and accessories included.
  • Please use proper packaging to avoid damage during transportation.
